In celebration of  MS Arbor Day 2020, the Lamar County Soil and Water Conservation District and Mississippi Forestry Commission and MSU Extension Service will be giving away MS native hardwood tree seedlings to interested Lamar Countians. With a limited number of trees, it will be first come-first served.

Trees ordered are: Red Mulberry, White Oak, Green Ash, River Birch, Persimmon, Red Oak, Chickasaw Plum
